Lower air fares are adding to the attractiveness of real estate in Dubai
Fares between London and Dubai have, in real terms, dropped dramatically over the past ten years or so. Whenever air fares are lowered on international routes, the sudden availability of cheaper fares tends to have a very favourable impact on the local property market. Properties within a 20 mile radius the destination airport can rise in value by around 20%, and often by much more.
Dubai property prices are continuing their upward trend and with lower airfares further stimulating the market, the attraction of Dubai properties shows no sign of waning.
