How lower fares are boosting the attractiveness of properties for sale in Egypt
Whenever low-cost carriers have opened up new international routes, the sudden availability of cheap fares has had a very favourable impact on the local property market. Properties within a 20 mile radius the destination airport can rise in value by around 20%, and often by much more.
